  • Pre-Order Products:

    • Delivery time for pre-order items is 25-30 working days as these products are made to order.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: Free shipping is available for all orders across India, except during promotional periods or on sale items. Shipping costs for express delivery are ₹250.
  • International Orders: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

5. Customs and Duties

In the event that a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, reshipping will be arranged at the customer’s expense. We will notify you if reshipping is necessary and provide instructions for payment.

Exchange Fee: An exchange charge of ₹200 will apply. This fee covers the cost of return pickup.

Process:

Initiation: To initiate an exchange, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product, stating the reason for the exchange.

Condition: The product must be in its original condition, with tags and the original bill.

Video Requirement: Send us a video of the product being packed for return.

Return Pickup: Our team will arrange for the return pickup once you’ve provided the required video and details.

Exchange Shipping: The replacement product will be shipped only after we have received the returned item.

Payment: Please make the exchange payment of ₹200 .

Processing Time: The entire exchange process may take up to 15 days. If you are exchanging for a different size, please specify the new size. For exchanges involving different products, provide the details of the desired item.
