Refund & Exchange Policy – TBFO.in

At TBFO.in, we aim to provide a smooth and customer-friendly shopping experience. Please read the policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Important Information

  • Offer items are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If a replacement is not possible (size/colour unavailable), a Gift Card / Store Credit will be issued.

  • Gift Card validity: 1 Year.

  • Submit all return or exchange requests only through:
    https://www.tbfo.in/apps/return_prime

2. Exchange Policy

Exchange Fee: ₹200 (covers return pickup + processing)

Exchange Process

  1. Initiation: Request must be made within 72 hours of product delivery.

  2. Condition: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and invoice.

  3. Video Requirement: A clear packing video is mandatory for approval.

  4. Return Pickup: Pickup is arranged after verification of the video.

  5. Replacement Dispatch: The replacement is shipped only after the returned product is received.

  6. Payment: Exchange process begins after the ₹200 fee is paid.

  7. Processing Time: Exchange may take up to 15 days depending on logistics.

  8. Size/Product Change: Mention the required new size or provide details of the new product you want.

  9. Reverse Pickup Not Available:
    If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you must courier the product to:

    First Floor, Flat No. 4-B, Kamdhar Apartment, Arera Colony, Near Manohar Dairy, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. –  462016.

3. Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns once a product has been sold.
                                            

Refunds for Snapmint Orders

For orders placed using Snapmint, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment source/account used for the transaction. Such refunds will not be issued as store credit.

For all other payment methods, refunds will be processed as per the applicable refund method mentioned in our Refund Policy.

4. Exchange Credit Policy

  • If exchange is not possible due to unavailability of size or colour, we provide a Gift Card / Store Credit valid for 1 Year.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it with priority shipping.

  • All items go through a 3-layer quality check, and packing is recorded for proof.
