At TBFO.in, we aim to provide a smooth and customer-friendly shopping experience. Please read the policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Important Information

Sale items are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.

If a replacement is not possible (size/colour unavailable), a Gift Card / Store Credit will be issued.

Gift Card validity: 6 months.

2. Exchange Policy
Exchange Fee: ₹200 (covers return pickup + processing)
Exchange Process

Initiation: Request must be made within 72 hours of product delivery.

Condition: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and invoice.

Video Requirement: A clear packing video is mandatory for approval.

Return Pickup: Pickup is arranged after verification of the video.

Replacement Dispatch: The replacement is shipped only after the returned product is received.

Payment: Exchange process begins after the ₹200 fee is paid.

Processing Time: Exchange may take up to 15 days depending on logistics.

Size/Product Change: Mention the required new size or provide details of the new product you want.

Reverse Pickup Not Available:
If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you must courier the product to:First Floor, Flat No. 4-B, Kamdhar Apartment, Arera Colony, Near Manohar Dairy, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. – 462016.
3. Return Policy

We do not accept returns once a product has been sold.
4. Exchange Credit Policy

If exchange is not possible due to unavailability of size or colour, we provide a Gift Card / Store Credit valid for 6 months.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it with priority shipping.

All items go through a 3-layer quality check, and packing is recorded for proof.
